This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, you will have to pay in cash upon arrival. The client must leave the apartment at his scheduled time (before 11:00), otherwise we would proceed to charge a late check-out supplement with prices from € 10 per additional hour. Upon departure the apartment must be in good condition of maintenance and cleanliness otherwise we would proceed to deduct from your deposit charges for extra cleaning and / or any damage. Please note that we will proceed to clean your apartment every two days of stay, if during the supervision of your room this is not in good condition and tidy, you will lose the cleaning service for that day. If you don´t return your apartment in good conditions we may charge you an extra cleaning service (prices are from 30€).
