This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Branco Suites - Rooms & Holiday Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CVE 11000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days and it is included in the rate. For payments with international credit cards a commission of 2,5% will apply. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
