Policy on Room Damages and Missing Items
Our Company reserves the right, in any case, to inspect the condition in which the customer leaves the room they stayed in. If, during this inspection, damages exceeding normal use and/or theft or misappropriation of items owned by our Company are found by one of our employees, and these items are not included in the services offered based on the fee paid and, according to standard business practices, are not items typically taken by customers upon departure from accommodations (e.g., linens, room décor elements, small furniture, etc.), our Company reserves the right to charge the customer an amount corresponding to the damage caused or the value of the items stolen/misappropriated, without prejudice to exercising any other rights at its discretion
