This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 3000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact guests directly after the reservation is made to provide them with the rental agreement. The rental agreement has to be signed and returned to the property. Please note, the property can accommodate up to 23 guests.
