A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21. This property is a Vacation Ownership Property, which means at times guests may be required to change apartments during their stay. Each stay will have an Energy Charge of 9% plus tax. This is excluded from the rate.
