You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the free airport shuttle is available every half an hour during the following time slots: from 05:15 to 23:15. The airport shuttle remains in operation during the pandemic. When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that reservations are required for the hotel's restaurant and spa & wellness facilities and wearing slippers is mandatory in the Spa & Wellness.
