Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the reception is closed on weekends and public holidays. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property 30 minutes prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection. A PLN 20 surcharge applies for check-in outside designated hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. All guests wishing to use the discount for refugees from Ukraine must provide passport details (Full name of the guest staying in the property, passport number and series) as soon as possible after making a reservation. There is a possibility to rent the entire facility for accommodation, meetings, integration games, however not parties of any kind. In the garden area there is a required night silence to follow.
