A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pets incur a one-time fee of EUR 20. Please note that towels and bed sheets are not included in the rate, can be rented for an extra fee.
