The front desk is open between 08:00～23:00. Guests cannot check in after 22:30. Towels can be changed at the front desk. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the rate and is to be paid directly at the property. Guests can send their luggage to the hotel the day before or on the day of arrival. They must notify the hotel in advance, and the delivery fee must be paid by the sender at time of shipping. The hotel may not be able to accept the luggage without prior notification.
