Guests can send their luggage to the hotel the day before or on the day of arrival. They must notify the hotel in advance, and the delivery fee must be paid by the sender at time of shipping. The hotel may not be able to accept the luggage without prior notification. Please be informed that guests checking in after 22:30 will be given their payment receipt the next morning, after 08:00. Please be informed that payment by credit card or e-money cannot be accepted after 24:00. For guests staying for 2 or more nights, towel exchange and cleaning services are available upon request. Please hang the cleaning sign by 11:00, if you would like to request daily maid service. Pets are not allowed except assistant dogs at this property. Guests with an assistant dog must contact the property in advance. Please note that the property may allocate a different room type from the booking in order to provide an appropriate room.
