Guests can send their luggage to the hotel the day before or on the day of arrival. They must notify the hotel in advance, and the delivery fee must be paid by the sender at time of shipping. The hotel may not be able to accept the luggage without prior notification. Please note that no pets are allowed only service dogs. Guests must contact property for approval. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please be informed that no pets are allowed to stay or enter property premises, except for guide dogs / service dogs. Please make sure to contact the property in advance if a guide dog or service dog will be accompanying your stay. Also, please be informed that in this case, the property may allocate you a different room from the one you have requested.
