A damage deposit of SEK 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Before 15:00 on the arrival day, you will receive check-in instructions from H5 Hotel via text or email message. Please provide a correct mobile phone number with country code when booking. If you are unable to access the property as a result of not providing us with a correct phone number or email address we are not able to refund you.
