This property offers transfers from the bus station. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The number of pets that can be accepted varies depending on the room types. Pet must have been vaccinated with rabies and 5 or more vaccines within the past year, and at least 2 weeks have passed since the vaccination date. Guests traveling with a pet must present their pet's current vaccination record at check-in. Pets that are pregnant, in estrus (heat) cycle, or have any infectious diseases are not permitted. Pets are not permitted in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, and must be house trained.

Important Notes

One child 5 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. This property allows pets in specific rooms only (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).
