Force Majeure Policy

The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, major health events, terrorism, or war.

Force majeure applies only where travel to the hotel is rendered impossible as a direct result of official government-imposed restrictions (e.g. border closures or airport shutdowns). Flight cancellations, schedule changes, or airline operational decisions, in the absence of such restrictions, do not in themselves constitute force majeure. Events that are ongoing, foreseeable, or publicly known at the time of booking (including regional conflicts or travel advisories) do not qualify as force majeure.

All force majeure claims must be supported by official documentation, including, where applicable, government-issued travel restrictions or formal closure announcements.  In the absence of such documentation, the hotel reserves the right to apply standard cancellation policies.
