Rules of accommodation:

It is strictly forbidden to hold noisy events, parties, smoking inside the apartment and on the balcony, staying with animals, violation of the law on silence.

Upon check-in, guests will need a photo or a scanned passport.

A refundable deposit is made, the amount depends on the length of stay and the number of guests, returned on the day of departure after cleaning and checking the apartment during the working day.

The use of additional beds and sets of bed linen is charged additionally.

In case of late check-in, the deposit must be paid in advance — before 21:00.

The cost of accommodation and deposit depends on the number of guests, their age, length of stay, weekends and holidays, and the season.
