Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. On Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible one hour after sunset. Please note that late check-in is available upon request, subject to availability and an extra charge. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
